Our Leadership

 

Ed Batchelor is the Managing Partner for Hardman Batchelor International. He has more than 25 years s of experience living and working in the U.S., Australia, Venezuela, India, China and the United Kingdom. Ed recruits CEOs, board members, senior executives and digital leaders for a range of technology and consumer companies. His clients range from Fortune 500 organizations to leading global digital, consumer and technology brands to the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms. Ed is also Hogan Certified and works closely with the firm’s Leadership and Succession Sector, taking part in the assessment of senior executives across leading organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Edward worked in Sydney and Dallas as a leader for Egon Zehnder's Technology Practice and later with Russell Reynolds Associates as a Managing Director & Partner. During that time, he focused primarily on technology and consumer organizations and conducted executive and board searches along with international executive assessments. Prior to that, Edward was Global Head of Digital & E-Business at Humana Inc. He also served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Pacer International in Dublin. Earlier, Edward held a number of international executive roles at Dell Inc., including Executive Director of Sales in Xiamen, China, and executive-level marketing, e-business and services roles in Austin and New Delhi.

Ed holds a B.A. in Business Communications from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
